Consulting
When you’re not a builder, it can be hard to judge if a potential home will truly be a new home or a disaster yet to be discovered. We can do a survey, inspect the house, the condition of the roof, all things that might blow up in your face when you hink you are finally ready to start the renovations. Be sure what you buy. Better safe than sorry. Spend a few euros to be sure, and move on, then being stuck with a moneypit ready to make you bankrupt. We know that from experience. Been there, done that!
